Behavior forms must be filled out and returned at least 2 days prior to your appointment. If the forms are not received in that time period, your appointment may be cancelled

Unless given other instructions by Dr. Hunthausen, please be sure to bring your pet with you.

Videos of problem behaviors can be very helpful. If a video can be safely obtained, please send it along with your behavior forms or bring it to the consultation.
