BOARDING

          

We look forward to having your pet stay with us. when you travel.  You'll rest easier knowing your pet is comfortable and well cared for at our modern, clean, climate-controlled pet resort.  At Westwood Animal Hospital, you pets are treated like members of our family.   Please send along  whatever will make your pet feel at home, toys, blankets, pillow, etc.
Science Diet foods are fed.  If your pet must be on a special diet, please send the food with him.
Each dog is taken outside three times daily to a secure exercise area for elimination.
Admission and discharge from boarding is done during normal business hours (see home page).  Special arrangements can be made for discharge during a limited period of time, early on Sunday evening.  Ask a receptionist for details.
Pre-boarding Requirements:
The following vaccinations are required to have been given within the past 12 months. Dogs: Rabies   DA2P-PV, Bordetella (Kennel Cough)   Cats:  Rabies   FVRCP
All pets are required to be flea and tick free. 
They must have had a stool sample examined for worms during the past 12 months.
If any parasites are found, treatment (at normal hospital rates) will be performed for the health of all our visitors.
Boarding Fees:  Please call for current fees
Pickup:  Available during regular hospital hours.  After hours pickup is available only on Sunday evening and select holiday evenings by appointment.  Boarding fees must be prepaid when the pet will be picked up after regular hours.  There is an additional discharge fee for after hours pick up.
